Plant-based formulation, rich in cellulose, helps soften stools and alleviates bloating and discomfort associated with difficulties in bowel movements and hemorrhoids.
Contains pure plant ingredients such as aloe vera, rhubarb, senna leaves, and cinnamon.
Small, light brown tablets that are easy to swallow.

Dosage/Ingestion:

Take 1 to 2 times daily, swallowing with plain water before breakfast or at bedtime.
For ages 4 to 6: 2 to 4 tablets each time; for ages 7 to 12: 3 to 6 tablets each time; for ages 13 and older: 5 to 12 tablets each time.
The above is the recommended dosage. When taking for the first time, start with the lowest amount, then adjust according to individual bowel conditions.

Caution:

Do not take laxatives if experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting.
