Instructions for use:

Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules a day, take with or immediately after meals, or as directed by your doctor.

This product does not contain wheat bran, lactose, eggs, soy, preservatives, artificial colors and artificial flavours.

This product has no side effects on people who are planning a family

This product contains selenium and should not be taken in excess. It is not suitable for consumption by those under 15 years old.
